One address that does all of it
Work on the second floor, sort your visa on the first, get your mail at the desk downstairs, and eat dinner on the roof with the people you just met doing all three.
Lobby and café
Where you land on day one, jet-lagged and holding a suitcase. Coffee, reception, your mail, and someone who already knows your name.
Hover a floor, or tap one on a phone.
Monthly rent, everything in
Contracts are written in Colombian pesos. The dollar column is indicative and moves with the exchange rate. Every one of these includes the internet, the security, the events and a listing in the directory.

You are renting the room, not the square metres
Every coworking space in the city sells fiber and air conditioning. What is actually hard to get, on your own, in your first year here, is the rest of this.
For whoever landed this month. Half the room arrived within the last eight weeks, which is the entire point of it.
Tenants of the building, directory partners and the people relocating here. The fastest way to meet someone who already solved the problem you have.
The things people get wrong: visa routes, Colombian tax, buying as a foreigner, incorporating here. Small groups so you can actually ask.
A long table, a set menu, about twenty people. Less networking and more getting to know the city you moved to.
Take a floor and you are in the network, not just the building
Every tenant is listed on this site, in front of the people arriving here with a list of things to solve.
Tenants earn 15 to 25 percent on referrals into the network, and can bring other businesses in.
The events run monthly whether or not you organise anything. Your customers are already in the lift.
Book a viewing, or just turn up for coffee
The lobby is open and the coffee is good. If you want a desk, tell us how many and when. Long contracts and multiple desks both carry a discount.
