Rent follows purchase prices closely here. Poblado is the most expensive and the easiest to live in without Spanish; Sabaneta is the cheapest and the least forgiving.
The established expat centre and where most of the inventory sits. Provenza, Las Lomas, Manila.
South of Poblado. Better value per square metre and increasingly where buyers end up.
The hills above the city. Large lots, gated communities, country estates.
Guatapé, Venecia, Sopetrán and Cartagena, for a finca or a second home.
